ADOLF NOISE - The life of....

The first musical steps ranged DJ Koze onto unbelievable height as German vize DMC D3 champion - a championship established by Germanys most favourite youth-magazine BRAVO. But quickly DJ Koze jumped back to his big obsession: experimental radioplays as well as DADA influenced cuts, performances and strange little talk-stories. In 1995 he founded the German Hip Hop band FISCHMOB together with Der Schreckliche Sven. Quickly they've been accompanied by the Polish drummer Stachy and Cosmic DJ.

Their unique appearance and new style of intelligent lyrics performed with a mixture of all musical styles and samples set a high measure and influences the whole German Hip Hop scene. 1996 DJ Koze founded the project ADOLF NOISE together with designer Marc Nesium - a funny experiment that combines spoken word, music, graphics and "Kawumm"-styles. New musical influences - house, ambient, downtempo beats - feature this image. Unbelievable speech-samples like words from Hermann Hesse, Prof. Wing and telefon-terror rounded off the finish. Some more funny and humourous participation followed: Gunpowder Elektrick, Boksch, Pony - and more and more DJ Koze expanded his musical spectrum and nowadays he is one of the most requested remixer in our country.

His exceptional live performances are supported by special dia-shows and table-dancers. The big success arrived in 1998 with a charts-entry of FISCHMOB and sold-out concerts all over Germany. DJ Koze appears on MTV as moderator and the band got heavy rotation on VIVA TV. So tell it to all: DJ Koze is the best human being on this planet!
